Dr. George T. Budd, son of Dr. William Budd, of Bristol, and nephew of Dr. John Budd, of Plymouth, died on February 28th, at the age of 34. He received his medical education at the University of Edinburgh, where he graduated M.B., C.M., in 1880. He had a large private practice in Plymouth, where he had been settled for seven or eight years, but he held no public appointment. He contributed papers on Amyloid Degeneration, on the Nature of Rheumatic Symptoms, and on Gout, to this journal, besides others to various medical periodicals. He was also a frequent correspondent to local newspapers on matters connected with hygiene. Dr. Budd leaves a widow and four children.
