Vernon Dobtcheff (born 14 augst 1934) is a French actor who played Mendelstam in 1986 in episode The Six Napoleons of the Granada TV series The Return of Sherlock Holmes with Jeremy Brett as Sherlock Holmes.
In 2018, he played and aged Sherlock Holmes in the short movie L'Hypothèse de la Reine Rouge with Charles Clément as Arsène Lupin.
