Arthur Lowe

Arthur Lowe (22 september 1915 - 15 april 1982) is a British actor who played Dr. William Watson in 1977 in the parodic TV movie The Strange Case of the End of Civilization as We Know It with John Cleese as Arthur Sherlock-Holmes.
