Catherine Amelia Angela Doyle (22 april 1858 - 20 october 1858) was the second child of Charles Altamont Doyle and Mary Josephine Elizabeth Foley, and a older sister of Arthur Conan Doyle which he never knew.
She was born on 22 july 1858 at 1 South Nelson Street, Edinburgh (Scotland). Her sponsors were Henry Doyle (uncle) and Catherine Foley (aunt). Unfortunately, she died on 20 october of the same year of hydrocephalus as certified by G. Milburn. She was only 6 month-old.
She is buried at High Cemetery, Dumfries, Scotland, reunited with her father and 2 older sisters.
