Nick Tate

Nick Tate (born 18 june 1942) is an Australian actor who played James McCarthy in episode The Boscombe Valley Mystery of the TV series Sherlock Holmes in 1968 with Peter Cushing as Sherlock Holmes. He also played the first Australian delegate in the parodic TV movie The Strange Case of the End of Civilization as We Know It with John Cleese as Sherlock Holmes.
He also played Dr. William Gull in 2001 in episode The Knife of the TV series The Lost World with Peter McCauley as Professor Challenger.
