Sherlock Holmes is a British 4-acts play (based on William Gillette's play), performed from august 1905 to february 1906 by Harry Yorke's company (by arrangement with Charles Frohman), starring H. Lawrence Leyton as Sherlock Holmes and Edward Heanley as Dr. Watson.
Charles Chaplin (17 years-old) and his elder half-brother Sydney Chaplin (21 years-old) played resp. Billy and Count Von Stahlburg.
