John Barrymore (15 february 1882 - 29 may 1942) was an American actor who played Sherlock Holmes in 1922 in the movie Sherlock Holmes (released in UK as Moriarty) with Roland Young as Dr. Watson and Gustav von Seuffertitz as Moriarty.
He was also known for his role in Raffles in 1917.
