The Bystander
From The Arthur Conan Doyle Encyclopedia

The Bystander was a British weekly magazine that featured reviews, topical drawings, cartoons, articles and short stories. It was published between 1903 and 1940, when it merged with The Tatler (titled Tatler & Bystander until 1968).
In 1905, the magazine published an extract of a poem written by Arthur Conan Doyle, but also a lot of photos and drawings related to him.
